Course topic: training and educational potential of outdoor sports through the discovery of an extraordinary territory between the Brenta river and the slopes of the Grappa massif and the Altopiano dei 7 Comuni.
Purpose – Objectives – working methodology
The proposed refresher course aims to actively involve teachers in outdoor sports activities, adopting the same implementation methods used with student groups. This allows them to verify and experience firsthand the educational potential of various outdoor activities, exploring cross-curricular teaching topics, and fostering soft skills and the ability to adapt to different situations.
Navigate to Vista© summarizes these transversal skills that develop creativity, evaluation skills, self-esteem, leadership, adaptability, resistance to stress, tenacity in achieving goals, development of communication strategies and engagement of interlocutors.
The project is divided into two environmental themes: RIVER and the MOUNTAIN
(divided into Summer/Spring/Autumn period and Winter period)

Daily program OVERALL:
9.30 am meeting at the Onda Selvaggia headquarters in Merlo, San Nazario (VI).
Presentation and description of the course to participants
10:30 am RIVER BOAT with nature excursion and visit to the Museum of the Recuperanti
12:30pm End of activity and lunch break with tasting of typical local products
2.30pm RAFTING and CLIMBING activities
5.30pm end of activity
6:00 p.m.: Development of classroom activities and delivery of participation certificates

The two programs will be confirmed based on participants' preferences.
*Teachers who have already participated in previous editions of the "Teaching between Rivers and Mountains" refresher course will have the option of different itineraries than those undertaken in previous years.
