Week end Nordic Walking and Rafting discovering Brenta river and the surrounding mountain! Starting from this year we have an Instructor engaged for Nordic Walking, a new way of walking up on the mountain and we are scheduling several programmes combining this sport, that is approaching to everybody, to the other river sport activities.

Wild Water Kayak Course on Vanoi river , in Trentino, is open to all the kayakers that wish to improve their descent technique and safety strategy on difficult wild water river. (4° 4°+ 5°)

Good Eskimo roll and technique is required.

This course face and develops following subjects:
- sequence of paddling
- position and trim of kayak
- rescue line and best line
- strategy of descent (individual and group)
- safety and rescue manoeuvres
- use of safety ropes on difficult white water sections

During these 2 days will be possible to test new kayaks models and river equipment.

It is an appointment in our calendar that nobody can miss. This is the 20th edition and we assure that is going to be unforgettable.

The programme is:

Saturday 17th may
h 6.00/7.00 p.m. We all meet by our Base in locality Merlo - S. Nazario (Vicenza). Inscription and delivery of the equipment to all the participants.
h 8.00 p.m. Transfer to the get in and explication of the activity by our Super-Rafting Guides
h 8.30 p.m. The descent starts and we will go down the river for about 10 km… this itinerary is very safe and allows us to descent even in the darkness and enjoy the river and the full moon.
h 10.00 p.m. End of descent.

At the end a nice dinner all together in a typical restaurant with party up to the end of energies!!!

Sunday 18th may
We organize another activity and we wish to invite everybody to participate: Nordic Walking and Climbing another way to enjoy strictly in contact with the nature !!!
